Strength/Snatch Grip Dead-lift

3-5 Reps EMOM x 10 mins

In 10 mins, build to a heavy (but clean) set of the following complex

Power Snatch x 2 (TNG) + Hang Squat Snatch x 1 + OVH Squat x 1

– then –

“Carry On”

3 Rounds for Time;

3 Rope Climbs (15′) *scale w/15 pull-ups

100m Waiters Walk, 50m LT/50m RT (24/16kg)

10 Clean and Jerks (155/105)
