Note from the Coach;

Partner 1 will complete one full round, then rest while partners 2 completes one full round. 10 rounds total (5 each) for time.  It’s a sprint, goal is either go unbroken on cleans and thrusters, or transition right into thrusters without setting bar down (ie: 5 cleans, rest, 5 cleans + 5 thrusters, rest, 5 thrusters, etc.)
