I want to remind everyone than starting at 4:30 we’ll begin our “Friday Night Lights” event. We will begin running heats of 15.1 & 15.1 A at that time and encourage everyone to come out and do it! When you’re done stick around to cheer, help judge your fellow members, or just hang out. The atmosphere will be great and the first workout looks like a good one!
