A) Power Snatch Ladder:
One rep EMOM until failure; Everyone opens with 50% of their 1RM and adds 10/5lbs each minute

B) On a running clock:
Similar to the CrossFit Opens 16.2; Everyone does the first 12 minutes; If you complete the 12 minutes, then you get 4-minutes added and so on…

Beginning on a 12-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 Hanging knee raises
50 Double unders
15 Power snatch 75/55lb
25 Hanging knee raises
50 Double unders
13 Power snatch 95/65lb
25 Hanging knee raises
50 Double unders
11 Power snatch 115/75lb

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Hanging knee raises
50 Double unders
9 Power snatch 135/85lb

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 Hanging knee raises
50 Double unders
Max snatches 155/95lb
