“Last man standing dead-lift ladder”

Athletes w/1RM’s of 200lbs and under will start at 75lbs

Athletes w/1RM’s between 200-300lbs will start at 135lbs

Athletes w/1RM’s between 300-400lbs will start at 225lbs

Each athlete will perform 1 rep with appropriate starting weight. The weight goes up 10lbs per round, and continues till the last man or woman is standing.

*only 1 rep, and rest only as needed.
