Each person with do 3 rounds each; Alternating full rounds back and forth; Each round is 21 repetitions of thruster and 21 repetitions of burpees when read correctly

Use 50% CGBP 1RM as your weight on the bent row; DO NOT hump the barbell up, stay strict
