  • CrossFit indicates a class where the Workout of the Day(WOD) will be completed.
  • Strength indicates a class where programming has been generated utilizing our Strength Made Easy method.  This class is separate from our CrossFit classes.  For additional information click here.
  • Fundamentals classes are available if you are unfamiliar with CrossFit and are ready to learn the basics.  These classes will include coaching of fundamental movements and a general overview of terminology. Please register to reserve your spot for our next classes here.
