  • CrossFit indicates a class where the Workout of the Day(WOD) will be completed.
  • Foundations classes are available if you are unfamiliar with CrossFit and are ready to learn the basics.  These classes will include coaching of fundamental movements and a general overview of terminology. To get started, please schedule your consultation here.
