EMOM x as long as possible
min 1) 1 set of the “Bear Complex” w/65% of A. + 1 Bar facing Burpee
min 2) 1 set of the “Bear Complex” w/65% of A. + 2 Bar facing Burpee
min 3) 1 set of the “Bear Complex” w/65% of A. + 3 Bar facing Burpee
*Continue adding 1 rep per minute to the burpees until you can no longer complete the work within the minute.
