snowTo avoid any unnecessary risk for our coaches trying to open up, and our members trying to get to the gym I’ve decided to cancel tomorrow mornings class.

To make up for it, here’s a little “Snow Day” at home workout you can do before playing in the snow 🙂

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 8 rounds of each movement

  1. Sit-ups
  2. Lunges
  3. Push-ups
  4. Air Squats

Complete all 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each movement before switching to the next.
