Monday: Partner warm-up + Back squats + Stiff leg deadlifts 

Tuesday: Hang power snatches + 30 sec on/30 sec off TTB-Burpee intervals

Wednesday: Run/Wall ball/Power clean & jerk Mixed repeats

Thursday: Rest/Recovery/Make-up Day

Friday: Clean complex + Run/DB snatch/Burpee box jump over Repeats

Saturday: Push press + “For time” conditioning piece with a 20 min Cap.

Sunday: CLOSED
