Monday: Back squat/Jump lunges/KBS superset + Straight leg Deadlifts + Wall ball/TTB AMRAP 

Tuesday: Strict OVH press + Push-up/Pull-up chipper + Bent-over barbell row/Banded tricep pushdown superset

Wednesday: Run/Pull-up/Push-up/KBS partner warm-up + Run/Power snatch AMRAP

Thursday: Rest/Recovery/Make-up Day

Friday: Power cleans + “Diane” (Deadlift/HSPU tester)

Saturday: Hang power snatches + Run/HPSn/Wall ball/Pull-up repeats
