10 Deadlifts (135/95)

10 Front squats (135/95)

 

Note from the Coach;

The front squats today are really just a CNS primer for the metcon, so don’t go crazy…just build to a heavy set of 3, NOT a life-time best 3RM.

I’ll give more details on how the metcon will work before each class….Yes, I’m being lazy 🙂
