Partner WOD:

partner 1 runs 1 lap around softball fields while partner #2 does rounds of the following:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats

When partner #1 returns from the run you will switch.

Score = total number of rounds combined between team members

*For the next 3 weeks the 10:30 workout will be the CrossFit Open workout. Providing there is enough equipment we will offer scaled versions if anyone would like to join in and do them with our team members. This will be a great chance to get a taste of the open workouts if you did not register this year.
